WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders generally ship within 5-10 business days from the time they are ordered. I use Sendle shipping services, which generally arrive domestically within 1-5 business days. Overseas will generally arrive within 2-3 weeks.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes! I am consistently working to lower my international shipping prices. If you are having trouble with an international order, please use the Contact Form to let me know. ​

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? Domestic shipping costs range between 7.65-10.25 AUD. Whereas international depending where you live can range between 12-30 AUD.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: It is very difficult for me to process and correct orders with the incorrect addresses. I will try my best to accommodate mistakes made in the shipping location added, but I am not able to correct them every time. Please make it a top priority to include the correct location with your order. If a shipment goes to the wrong location due to an incorrectly entered address, please the Contact Form.
